Size medium has a 22.75" front body length and a 33.25" sleeve length. Body length is taken from the high point of the shoulder. Sleeve length is taken from the center back of the neck and changes 0.75" between sizes.

Spread collar. Buttoned tab at the neck. Two-way full-zip front. Long sleeves with buttoned cuffs. Two front waist angled pockets. Elasticized hem.
